RACE PACE A very special Australian print named Barnamboo ( FUNKITA )

Race Pace the latest Funkita swimwear range with a winning collection filled with new prints and new Funkita styles. There is a lot to love about this latest  collection of Funkita and Funky Trunks it also includes a very special Australian print named Barnamboo. Which resulted as a collaboration of the team at Way Funky   with Bardi artist Ashley Hunter who grew up and lives in the community of One Arm Point on the Dampier Peninsula, 2,500 kilometres north of Perth. Ashley was inspired by his grandmother to paint and depicts dreamtime stories in his work to pass on the knowledge and legends of the Indigenous elders.

Barnamboo means "sting ray" in Bardi and tells the story of two friends, Lool Lool and Marrgaliny, who lived during the Dreamtime.
